"Das Hotel liegt sehr gut, leider werden die Zimmer nicht mehr gereinigt."

"Hotel smells like fish. The restaurant is open and next to the reception area and the smell of fish permeates the hotel. Poor ventilation. The bathroom had no ventilation. An emergency alarm went off one morning around 6:30 AM which essentially ruined our sleep and we lost a vacation day."

"Absolutely amazing stay here. We were staying for our 10th wedding anniversary and everyone made us feel special and welcome. Nothing was too much hassle or a problem. The food was delicious. The spa was so relaxing, clean and perfect. The whole stay was phenomenal and we will be back. Thank you for making our anniversary so perfect."

"Beautifully fitted out Comfortable and cozy Great location, <5 mins to St Paul’s"

"Hotel was perfect"

"This hotel was close to so many great things. We were able to see the Tower Bridge right from our balcony and could walk to it in just a couple minutes. Also, the staff were very friendly and helpful. Raul was amazing and gave us so many great ideas and information. His enthusiasm for the city got us so excited to get out and explore."

We stayed at this hotel last year for one night but had to visit again this year for two nights to properly appreciate the hotel whilst celebrating our wedding anniversary. We were not disappointed. It was beautiful and outstanding. The whole hotel was spotless. There...

"Nice location with close proximity to Borough Market and Thames. We appreciated being able to do laundry in our room. Bed was a little uncomfortable, but otherwise we enjoyed our stay."
