"Although our room was spartan in decoration, the staff were exceedingly friendly, kind, and accommodating. I would have liked a bit more storage space and two bottles of water rather than one. The rooms were made up quickly. The breakfast buffet was fabulous. The bar had a tremendous selection and a knowledgeable bartender. Also, the food was very tasty. The concierge was a miracle worker. I recommend staying at this hotel."

I’ve stayed in Kensington many times, but never here before, I think I was put off by the logo looking a little dated, it was never for specific reasons, that’s the only thing I can really think of. I only booked it because my usual go-tos were full, but in the future this will be my first choice."

"This was a great hotel. Staff were very proactive and friendly. The entire place was clean. They have rooms and lounge areas all over, making it feel intimate and possible to get privacy if you want to work or chat in a quiet place. I would easily stay here again."

"The hotel staff were pleasant and the location perfect for our trip itinerary. The room was clean other than a foul smell coming from the shower cosmetics, specifically brown gunk coming from the conditioner bottle that smelled unsanitary. I would however be willing to stay in the hotel again."

"The staff was very helpful. Location was a ways from the main touristy locations, but Hammersmith tube station was a couple of blocks away, so easy walk. It was an easy drive by Uber to Heathrow. Restaurant was excellent. Would definitely stay there again."

"We spent twi weeks at the Z Hotel on Gloucester Place. Centrally located, clean, quiet room overlooking the back street with mews, it was a great stay. The Club experience was great with breakfast, lunch, diner, snacks and alcohol included. We did have room neighbours that were coming in and out of their room one night and the doors slam shut noisily. If it werent for that, the stay would have been perfect! Highly recommend, and neighbours are hard to control!"

"Lovely hotel but has seen better days. In need of refurbishment. The A/C in our room was very weak & the shower was broken. The room was really spacious & very comfortable bed. Unfortunately our room overlooked the railway line which obviously increased the noise levels. The staff were very friendly & competent. The pool area wasn't particularly clean & the men's steam room wasn't working."
