"This hotel chain is my go to, wherever I go. I love it, the kids love it and let me tell you about the excellent type of customer service.You can expect; They serve breakfast and I love their sausage gravy and biscuit.But the chain I came to this time only serves it on Tuesday, the staff member overheard me saying something about it.And made some specifically for us.😍. Wonderful. This stay was with Hilton Express Lightfoot in Va. The entire staff deserves a specific shout out."

"A new building designed in the style of colonial era homes. Larry and Patricia were terrific hosts. Breakfast was made to order and amazing, including biscuits made according to Larry’s grandmother’s recipe. Comfy bed, plush towels. The dimmer switches for the lights are a great touch. Plenty of parking, nice large backyard with tons of birds. Remote location so it’s nice and quiet. Absolutely would stay here again! "

"I would not recommend staying more than one night. The breakfast they serve is a joke. There was orange juice, apple juice, granola bars, apples, and goldfish for breakfast options. The hotel itself had a bad smell and the room smelled like mildew. The water machine in the gym had hot water despite having a cold water dispenser, it did not work. The sauna had no light in it. It was not a comfortable stay when I went to the front desk to inquire about getting my room serviced with new sheets. I...

"The room itself was clean and comfortable. The bathroom, however, has black mold all over the top of the shower and there were counter stains and delaminating which took away from the experience. The area was okay but there were some areas of the motel property that gave huge safety concerns but luckily we didn’t have to stay on that side. There is no breakfast included at all. "I decided to do a one day vacay the property was extremely beautiful. Deborah checked she was wonderful. Room was clean pools were great, food good. After checking out the following day went to the restaurant to get a quick bite before heading home lol I only wanted a side of bacon and water. "We were reluctant to make reservations because of the very few reviews. We are sure glad we did. It is newly renovated and has only been open a few days. Room was clean and large. Many shops nearby. Very friendly staff. And the price was about half that of other hotels nearby. Can’t recommend it highly enough."

"My overall experience was very good. My room was very clean. The entire staff was outstanding. There was plenty of parking. The only thing I would change would be to provide a better matress. I had a king size bed with an 6-inch pillow top mattress that had a Matress topper. Even with this added cushioning, the matress showed its age with some sagginess in the middle."
