"I have stayed at this location several times for business trips and the staff is always friendly and helpful but on this last trip they went above and beyond. Partcularly the night auditor and manager (sorry I forgot names) My work assignment got extended and the hotel was fully booked due to a hockey event but the night auditor continuously monitored for cancelations to be able to extend my booking. "There were rips in bedding, curtains, & carpet. Also faint stains in furniture. Very expensive for the quality of room. "

"Pool was closed for the whole stay, no hot tub even though one is pictured, blurry tv, terribly thin pull out mattress, dirty box spring, dirt or something else smeared on walls. Shower was painful to stand in due to the curvature, no conditioner. Staff was friendly. "

"There was hair in the shower. It’s a nice facility but a good deep cleaning/ refresh would do wonders. The beds are comfortable and the pillows are good. There was a kitchenette in the room which was an added bonus. The evening clerk was very nice. He’s a keeper. Overall our stay was good and I’d stay again. If you have children please don’t let them get up at 4 am and continuously run back and forth across the room and jump off the bed. Think of your neighbors below and beside your room !"

"Spacious and quiet room. Wi-Fi worked great on laptop, not phone - though I blame my phone. Every TV channel you could want. Hot and strong shower - always appreciated. I've stayed before and will again, but stuff like hallway carpets and walls need fixed up big time. Hopefully one day! Otherwise, great place."

"Needs to be updated parking lot had trash with empty alcoholic beverage cans and bottles in it, room smelled very damp & closed in had to go and buy room spray to get rid of the smell "

"the hotel its self was great. so convenient to be next to the monorail. its clean and has good restaurants. The check in was a nightmare. took over 2 hours and during our trip the line was always long even at midnight!"

"Front desk was unattended at 6:30pm. Pretty sure we woke the employee up from a nap. Elevator needs repair. Front doors are not locked at night, and there's no obvious security. And the cleaning staff called us at 9:30am to ask when we'd be leaving. It was an off-putting experience across the board."
