"I called a month ahead to plan my trip. I was coming with a large uhaul and trailer and asked if there would be a space I could park and plug in. I was told over the phone absolutely there is a place to park and plug in. We arrive at 7 pm at night and the hotel is not at all what was explained over the phone. "The room was clean and staff was very friendly. They are going through a bit of construction/update but still manageable. Only thing it does not have an elevator. The hotel is two floors and you would need to carry your items up the stairs. We had a quick weekend trip so it was not a problem for us"

"Suppose to be a non smoking room but it had a stench to it. Small bottle for soap that was already opened and half used. The sink drain plug does not work. Had to remove it so the water would drain. It was nasty with black residue. Lobby bathrooms were closed. Furniture in hallways. Dead flies on lobby furniture. Furniture was very used and dirty. Plenty of parking open But parking lot was very littered. This place needs a major update. The shower was new but the water pressure was poor."

"Room was not as stated in photos. Furniture was dated. Couldn’t use the closet due to shelving not installed. Kitchen floor dirty, something smeared on bathroom door, room door only had a door handle with a lock and key, curtains was torn. We had just got off the road and couldn’t find any other rooms available at that time. No one was at the front desk after 10pm. My room was paid in full prior to checking in and the hotel charged me an additional housekeeping fee of 24.95 at check in....

The home has tons of character, is well maintained, clean, and beautiful. The beds are great. There’s nothing not to like."
