"The kitchen was well furnished and the fridge large. Opposite of other review. There were a few scratches here and there in the apartment, but you need to look for them. Great to have access to 3 acre private park out the back door. Bakerloo tube much more convenient than I had thought. Quiet area. Just not many restaurants nearby. Good Tesco Express just about a 2 minute walk. VRBO host canceled on me at the last minute. This place saved by London visit!"

For example, they reduced the sport classes, they didn't have emergency toothpaste asking me to go and buy and quality of cleaning and up keeping is not the same, so would love for them to work on these small details"

"I had an absolutely wonderful time staying at Palmer's Lodge. Every single staff member was incredibly kind, helpful, and professional. The reception team was so welcoming and patient—when I accidentally locked myself out of my room three times, they kindly unlocked the door for me every single time with a smile! Also, when there was a minor issue with a flooded floor in the laundry room, a male staff member responded immediately and made it sparkling clean in no time. It was quite hot in...

"Grubby, tired hallway and stairs made my heart sink as I self checked in. The room was a pleasant surprise. Large and spacious. No shower was a disaster the fact it was adjoining a pub with loud music wasn't the best but the bed was comfortable and I had a pleasant stay. "

"The location was great, 5 minute walk from Paddington station. The staff were nice and helpful when needed. The room is very small, there is an area to hang things but no drawers. If you want AC, this might not be the best location. There was a heat wave during our stay and the AC did not work 75% of the time. It was only circulating the air instead of pushing cold, air-conditioned air. Our nights were terrible - waking up in the middle of the night having to take cold showers to cool ourselves...
