"Parking was easy, staff greeted nicely, room was outdated (especially bathroom) one beds sheets were stained - outdoor pool area was nice and clean/well maintained"

"This is a wonderful hotel in a great location, close to several subway lines and within easy walking distance of many nice restaurants and shops. My room was clean, the bed was comfortable, and the kitchen, although I didn’t use it much, was wonderfully equipped. Overall, it was a very pleasant stay and I would happily recommend this hotel."

"Very very clean, room had a sitting kitchen with a coffee machine and a fridge. The furniture and carpet were dated , but renovation effort was visible in the bathroom. No elevator, however staff offered to help with the luggage. Air conditioner was super loud, it made it difficult to sleep. All in all a good place, but a bit pricey."

"Arrived 25 min early and completed the check-in process but had to wait for the room. When returned there was a long check-in line but eventually the staff got someone to distribute the keys to those waiting for their room."

"The ceiling in the wetroom was peeling and could do with some maintenance, but the place overall is otherwise perfect! Really handy location, spacious room equipped with all the amenities you could need, comfy bed, helpful staff."
