4/5 - Good
Needs mirror in bedroom. Front door latching system needs to shut lock 100%. Kitchen cookers need replacing as numbers at dials now invisibele.

The room was clean. The hotel is making efforts to go green. Whenever you asked for anything they sent someone to your room immediately. The doormen were excellent and helpful. The location was great! All good things to say about this hotel.

I absolutely loved everything about this hotel. The staff were professional, kind and helpful. The hotel is beautiful, clean, in a great location close to the tub and bus stops. There are stores and restaurants in walking distance and about a 15 minute walk to Borough Market. I would definitely stay ...
