"I stayed in room 1330, right by the elevator. Around 3:00 p.m. on a Saturday, a maintenance employee entered my occupied room without knocking while I was changing. I had not requested maintenance, and there was no reason for anyone to enter my room. The room was clearly marked as occupied (red indicator light), so this wasn’t a case of entering a vacant room. "Could not ask for a better location--walking distance to so many attractions. Hotel was beautiful, and the staff was very nice. Buffet breakfast was excellent, and there is a lovely rooftop bar, but no restaurant or room service (but you can order certain foods and pick them up--we did not partake, so can't comment). We enjoyed our stay immensely, and would not hesitate to stay there again."
