Hyatt Vacation Club at Northstar Lodge, Lake Tahoe
10/10 Excellent
"We had a fantastic stay at Northstar at Lake Tahoe! The resort made it easy to relax, enjoy the beautiful mountain setting, and make the most of our time together. Everything felt welcoming, and there was plenty to enjoy throughout our visit. We left with wonderful memories and would happily recommend Northstar to anyone looking for a fun, memorable Tahoe getaway. We can’t wait to come back!"
"Great place to stay! The staff is great the rooms are clean and the bed is comfortable. I will say the best hotel breakfast ive had. I definitely recommend this hotel. Tony"
"We had a deluxe king room and the room was amazinggg. It was super nice and very much spacious. The restroom was amazing as well and the best part was that they had lots of food options within walking distance. I’d definitely recommend staying at crown motel and also the beach looks unbelievably beautiful in morning."
"Very nice and clean lodge. Jacuzzi was nice. Pool was closed for the winter season. The lake view from our upstairs room was lovely. The mattresses, sheets, and pillows could definitely use a more quality luxurious upgrade."
"Overall, I'm satisfied with my choice. I needed an after hours check in. They accommodated with my key in a lockbox.
The first night was rough. The springs in the bed were worn out in the center. Felt like sleeping on the inside hinge of a book. Thankfully they were able to move me to a newer bed the next morning.
Pros: Fridge and microwave, close to stores and restaurants, friendly staff, ample parking.
Cons: The breakfast was sad, lamps were in various stages of disrepair, the tables outside welcome loud late night socializing, lot's of construction right in front of the hotel."
"This is a nice hotel, but the bed was so soft that it sank when you sit/lie down (I am 105 lbs); causing sleepless night with back pain. The drain in the shower was partially clogged, I have to stop running the water intermittently to let it drain. This maybe an isolated incident to this one room. The view from the room was beautiful ! Overall a good trip."
