"The resort is super kid friendly, clean, well maintained and wonderful food."

"If you have been to other 5 star all inclusive resorts, you will not consider this to be on the same level. It is a pretty resort. The food is good! The beach is not great! There are no restaurants with a view. The theater is stuffy and very plain. Be prepared to be harassed a little to be ‘upsold’. Wine with dinner… here is a list of pricey wines. Walking to breakfast or drinks by the pool, you really need to plan a massage. It is not the fault of the resort, but there is literal poop all over the beach, apparently due to the cruise ships dumping too close to shore. You cannot take walks on the beach at night. We normally do that every evening in Cancun. Apparently, the wildlife nearby make it too dangerous at this location. Security directed us back to the resort with a ‘no la vida nada’ warning. We both celebrated a birthday during our stay and it was our anniversary as well. This was our first birthday/anniversary trip where they did NOTHING for the events. It was pretty and we enjoyed our stay, but certainly should not be considered a 5 star resort."

"We had the most amazing stay at TRS Coral Hotel with my friends and I genuinely can’t recommend it enough. From the moment we arrived, our butlers Sergio and Ana took incredible care of us. They were attentive, thoughtful, and went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed throughout our stay. They even made my birthday feel really special, which I’ll never forget. It felt personal, warm, and truly well taken care of. The ambiance of the resort was a solid 10/10—beautiful, relaxing, and exactly the kind of luxury getaway we were looking for. The staff across the entire property were consistently warm, welcoming, and respectful, which made the experience even better. Food-wise, it was a bit mixed, but overall still enjoyable. We didn’t get to try everything, but Helios and Capricho were great for breakfast and definitely stood out for us. Overall, the service and atmosphere carried the experience in the best way. We left feeling well taken care of, appreciated, and honestly a little spoiled. We will absolutely be coming back again—that’s a promise. If you come here request Sergio and Ana as your butlers you will not be disappointed. I miss them already!"

"We had an amazing stay at Excellence Playa Mujeres in Mexico and would absolutely come back again. From the moment we arrived, the staff was warm, welcoming, and attentive, making us feel completely at ease. The property itself is beautiful—well-maintained, clean, and thoughtfully designed, with a relaxing atmosphere that really lets you unwind."

"Very disappointing experience. The jet ski staff refused to accommodate a simple and reasonable request. I paid for 30 minutes and wanted to divide the time between my family, including a short 5-minute ride for my 7-year-old daughter. There was no flexibility at all — just a flat refusal, even though I paid for the full time and should be able to use it as I want. On top of that, the prices are extremely overpriced for this level of service. The facility itself is also poorly designed and inconvenient. The floors are very slippery, which feels unsafe, especially for families with kids. Moving around with a stroller is frustrating — there are no clear or direct exits to the pools, and you end up walking through what feels like a maze just to get around. Overall, not family-friendly and definitely not worth the price."
