"This is clearly an exceptional property that cuts no corners on comfort and customer satisfaction. I have traveled extensively and this property was second to none in its class overall. It was a great value. It my first time with the Excellence group but it certainly not be the last. I had a unit with a private pool which I have had at other resorts. This one was the best for size and maintenance. I could not have asked for more attention. The restaurants offered a full vegetarian option with great selections and fitness and hydro therapy facility were outstanding as well. If you want some personal time with your loved one this is it."

"Great resort the food was pretty good overall. A bit of wait with the “first come first serve”, but the quality of food makes up for it. Customer service was great. My only complaint is that my room did not have hot water for 3 mornings back to back, also I’m not sure why they took away irons and ironing board from the rooms, steamers are not as efficient. Also check out was out 12 and I was a few minutes over and was being rushed out and reminded of a 50$ fee for one hour over."
