"The staff were amazing, very friendly and helpful. We enjoyed the pool the spa and the restaurant was fantastic. There was a small mistake; massage charged to our account that we did not receive. Once we noticed they were happy to refund and the money was returned straight away, they were very apologetic. The grounds were so beautiful. We went in off season so it was very quiet. There is a fantastic restaurant just up the street called ‘sacred rice’ it was also amazing. Would recommend. Would...

"Wonderful two nights escape at a legendary classic resort with a quiet, natural and serene setting, superb service from the staff ( Mr Sutrisna, Mr Eka and many others at Reception, restaurants, housekeeping and concierge ). Located at the very heart of Ubud makes it easy to visit many dining and sight seeing places nearby. However, food could be better in terms of choices and taste. Otherwise, a relaxing and memorable short stay and I would love to return again soon."

I loved the lay out of the property and the running stream just below my balcony. I loved all the greenery around the property. I felt like I was in a small forest. "

"It is our second time staying at The Purist. My kids and I came last year and had to return on our trip this year. It is the only property we decided to repeat because 1. We loved the spacious size of the rooms (last year we had Bamboo Villa and this year we had a Jungle Villa). 2. We love the breakfast but most of all 3. The staff is so kind and welcoming. Huge huge fans of this hotel. Recommend to all. "
