"We checked in late night, sadly they have no room for the type of room that I have paid. I paid for executive room and the manager said that they are overbooked hence, can only give me a standard room (thats the only room left for that day). Helllowww, I have prepaid all my rooms and yet the hotel gave my room to someone who paid even lesser than me. "The hotel is extremely modern and clean, and aside from a few technical issues with the ID card, the access gates and doors are easy to use. Pods are well air-conditioned, clean, and comfortable. The communal bathroom is extremely clean."

"This looks a grand hotel, the arrival departure whilst busy was fine, staff throughout are very friendly and polite. Breakfast was plentiful, restaurants fine one night I dined in. Service is great, loved spa treatments so much, would love to give it 5 stars for the staff and service but it’s still seemingly going through an upgrade. It just feels a bit dated in parts, marks and lumps missing on walls, old decor etc."

"Such a great spot. One stop from O2 and near shops and restaurants. Very quiet and all amenities catered for. Rooms are very small so be aware. I would like to see a slightly better deal on the smaller rooms. It would make me more likely to return."
