Obviously not all was perfect, signs of wear etc, but nothing that you wouldn't find in any establishment. 100% will stay again. Brilliant, sets a standard all should adhere too. "We didn't stay at the hotel for a number of reasons. Firstly, the surrounding area was deprived with half the buildings either boarded up or in disrepair. Secondly, having a 'seaview' and being a 'boutique' hotel is debatable, but definitely not from the outward appearance of the property. It was scruffy and needed maintenance to the paintwork and front door. Thirdly, to be made to stand outside ringing a bell for 30 minutes is unacceptable and shows poor customer service. The decision was made...

"I can say it is cheating customer simply. I booked a expensive family room for 1 night, but when I reached to hotel they said no rooms available and he said it's mistake from hotels.com website do not to accept bookings. I booked 5 days before and they confirmed by mail and message and charged onspot on booking by online. I booked it because it's it's very near to beach but they took me a different rooms where refurbishing 3-4 rooms which was bad smell, no bathrooms, no drinking water, no WiFi...
