Front desk thought we didn't know how to use the outlets so they came and confirmed. Said someone would be by to fix it. Several days later we still didn't get power restored. Very inconvenient and the front desk staff didn't seem to care about getting it resolved."

"The check in was easy, the room was immaculate, the mini fridge was stocked with bottled water, cookies and fresh milk which was very much appreciated, the curtains were black out which was lovely, we were on the 5th floor and even with the windows open all night (as sadly it wasn't air conditioned) you couldn't hear any noise which was great! "The apartment was clean spacious and quiet considering how close it is to the station. Communication with Ray and Gareth as hosts was fantastic, and they were so accommodating with an early check in and out time. Would definitely recommend. If I had to make any comments, the mezzanine has a very low ceiling with steep stairs, and for the 4 beds upstairs there is only one plug. Also it's quite hard to be quiet for others as all the rooms are open! (Bar the bathroom). But didn't detract for us as...
