From the moment we checked in, the staff was so helpful in answering any questions we had and giving recommendations for things to do and places to see in the area. The Swan Room is amazing. "The hotel is old but I guess that's NYC. The staff are incredibly kind and helpful. It's in midtown so if you are looking to do things at NYU Langone, it's walking distance. If you're looking to do things in Manhattan, a bit too far. Again, staff are the best."

"Hotel was very clean and comfortable, staff extremely helpful. The location was very central. All in all I was very satisfied with my stay. The room had two double beds as expected and a clean and modern bathroom. Some noise coming from outside occasionally but thats NYC. There was a small resturant area that served breakfast at an additional cost. Check out was 11am we were able to check out at 12 for no extra cost. 1 dollar fee per bag for storage. I would definitely recommend this hotel."

"The hotel was very nice. I wish it had more lobby and restaurant facilities but the people at the front desk were so lovely and the housekeeping lady was wonderful so I would definitely stay there again and it has a great location for shopping and restaurants restaurants"
