"WOW! Did not expect such a beautiful stay as the one we had. My group had 2 rooms and they were both suites- ABSOLUTELY BEAUTIFUL. It was like a small apartment fully equipped with a washer and dryer! My parents absolutely loved this place. The entire staff was so pleasant especially the person who checked us in unfortunately I did for get his name. Very pleasant stay, we are so happy."

"We have so much to say about the hotel. First- the room we got the toilet wasn’t flushing down well, we were afraid of it. Second- the fridge was old and in very bad shape and a no working condition, no microwave, no coffee machine. They charged us $1000 pesos for the view of the room which is worth to see the Ocean in the morning not doubt. The Pool was dirty when we got there. The drinks which we paid All Inclusive were bad, made out of cheap alcohol or no alcohol at all. The nightly shows...

"Las habitaciones sin muy amplias y cómodas, el personal es súper atento y dispuesto a ayudarte, la comida en todos los restaurantes a la carta es buenísima, no se siente que estás en un todo incluido por qué la calidad de los alimentos es genial. En el gym cuentan con entrenadores que nos atendieron super bien y el servicio de los mayordomos es espectacular, están atentos a todas tus necesidades. Volvería sin lugar a dudas. Además la playa que tiene el hotel es limpia, linda y amplia."

"We had a great time but definitely a few things to mention! If you are looking for a luxury hotel/resort, this isn’t it. The power went out on two of our four nights and it seemed like maybe this was a regular event. The shower had hot water for maybe half of our showers. The beach access is public and the beach is very crowded. The pool and the food were really nice and the staff and locals were very friendly! We had a good time but were ready to head home when the trip was over."
