"We loved the unit! Spacious, clean, multiple bathrooms, very comfortable beds, private balcony. Our only issue was checking in, we couldn’t figure out where it was and the check in space parking area is very small, but we were able to get into the gated area very easily. Also the kids had issues setting up their gaming to the tvs. Outside of that, would definitely recommend."

"Very convenient location! The hotel is only about 5 minutes from the cruise ship terminal, which made our arrival very easy. We disembarked early in the morning and they kindly allowed us to check in early, which we really appreciated. The room was spacious and comfortable for our family of three. "We had two instances that retracted from the overall experience. The first one and by far the one that affected our stay the most was on Saturday midday after returning from our brunch outing. We arrived at the hotel and used our keycard to get access to the lobby as there wasn’t someone at the door like there had been the two previous days. While the in the lobby, we decided to take pictures because of how beautiful the lobby area is and we were asked by the representative that was by the door...
