"We love the Delta and stay there when we can. The staff is always friendly and helpful!! The bed in our room was very hard and the pillows were either too hard or too soft. I don't recall this being an issue the last few times we stayed, so I don't know if something has changed or not, I just know the bed was not comfortable. Sadly, we may try another hotel next time. "Very convenient location for our needs."

"The only issue was the deadbolt in room 240 did not latch. We did make them aware at check out (it was a 1 night stay & we were prepared in case) that the bolt didn't latch. It is our favorite little hotel as it's in a great location. Not to busy of an area, close to multiple restaurants, right by main event, rooms are always clean, and staff's always been kind each stay!"

"Pretty close to everything i needed. Parking was free and felt safe the entire time. Room was very nice. Didn’t like that it appeared the outlets were broken until i left that there is a master switch that not only turns on all the lights but also kills the power to the outlets by the bed so my Apple Watch and phone had to be charged by the TV instead."

"I never saw staff around helping or giving any kind of instructions. The pizza food court area to order was chaotic. So many people didn’t know how to use their credits and the pick up lines had everyone trying to cut because they would see their name pop up.
