The biggest issue was that there was no bedding provided at all for the living room sofa bed(just a sheet over the bed), meaning the children had nowhere suitable to sleep - no quilt, no sheets, and no pillows. "The hotel is extremely modern and clean, and aside from a few technical issues with the ID card, the access gates and doors are easy to use. Pods are well air-conditioned, clean, and comfortable. The communal bathroom is extremely clean."

"The stay at the hotel was good but the receptionist when checking in wasn’t helpful or polite! I had requested a twin room and that hadn’t been allocated and when I called down the receptionist said there was no guarantee of a twin! There are only 12 in the hotel and they were booked! "This looks a grand hotel, the arrival departure whilst busy was fine, staff throughout are very friendly and polite. Breakfast was plentiful, restaurants fine one night I dined in. Service is great, loved spa treatments so much, would love to give it 5 stars for the staff and service but it’s still seemingly going through an upgrade. It just feels a bit dated in parts, marks and lumps missing on walls, old decor etc."
