"This is our second stay at The LaLit London and we were just as impressed this time as we were the last. The staff are very friendly and the room was spacious and accommodating. The daily breakfast is also a fantastic way to start the day. We particularly like that the hotel is outside the centre of London so less hustle and bustle but with easy access to public transport to get around as needed. We look forward to rebooking The LaLit for our next stay in London."

"The room was clean and had everything we needed including a full kitchen. Though a bit small, which I understand is typical in the London area, the space was utilized very efficiently, with sufficient storage to place all the things we came with. I also had access to an area in the building with washers and dryers which I didn't end up needing but it was nice to have the option available. "I had a great stay here when in canary wharf for meetings. Although the hotel is little dated for a 5*, it has an amazing leisure centre access with beautiful riverside pool. The staff were all really attentive and fantastic. Particular shout to Cindy who was super helpful to me on reception. Really appreciate it. "

When we notified the front desk, they only provided bath towels, completely omitting the floor mat. A replacement floor mat was badly needed because the shower curtain installation is deeply flawed.
