"Great view"

"Classic California style! Great location. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The room was spotless. The quality of the breakfast items was first-rate!"

"Amazing place to stay.."

"There a man that works there he’s a complete jerk"

"Very clean and neat room for a few nights stay and convenience to a lot of places within walking distance."

"Great breakfast !daily wine and cheeses ."

"I booked a room with a view of the lagoon and a queen bed and somehow I was upgraded to a king bed facing the parking lot. I asked about it and they said i needed to pay an extra $30 to get a room with 2 queen beds directly in front of the lagoon. Very unfortunate. I don’t think I’ll stay there again."

"Very nice and friendly staff"

"Very friendly and helpful staff. Loved the fireplace in the room and the balcony! Would have loved more food options for the weekend breakfast, but the juices were delicious!"

"Not a luxury hotel, but it was pleasant and well maintained with a friendly staff."

"I stayed two nights, I made two separate reservations through Expedia, somehow that created a need for me to move from one room to another after the first night, except the hotel forgot to tell me u til they locked me out of my room. First room had a king. The staff said I had reserved a queen, so I had to commute back to the hotel the one day I am in Santa Barbara and pick up my stuff and move it to another room. Get back to the room to move. I had been locked out??? The whole thing was absurd....

"We had a great time staying here! To my surprise, there was a Nespresso Vertuo machine, which I’d been wanting to try for ages. What a lovely bonus — I finally got to try it!"

"Great location and clean room. Good waffles for breakfast. We didn’t want a big breakfast; choices were a bit limited if you did want anything bigger."
