"Such a warm and welcoming hotel. Staff from the doormen, to the front desk and house keepers were all lovely. Rooms were immaculate and well kept. The hotel sent us a bottle of bubbly and a dessert for my birthday. The location can’t be beat. Rooms were also so quiet. Quite a bit larger and more spacious than I expected as well. "

Felt safe, our contact Kara was v helpful via Whatsapp as my phone not great. Finally it had been a few years since visiting this area of London and I felt safe walking about as plenty of police and security about.
