"3泊したがターンダウンサービスはだったの1日だけ。タオルやらお水などは補充されないのでいちいちコンシェルジュに電話した。また、2日目はバスルームに大きめなガラスの破片が数個落ちていて足を切らなかったことに感謝した。昼間，掃除が入ったはずなのになぜガラスの破片が落ちているのか不思議。きっと掃除はしていないのか。すぐに掃除機をかけに来てもらった。また、２日目にドライヤーが壊れて動かなくなりまた、電話で持ってきてもらった。とにかく５つ星ホテルというのはウソだと思った。ポンコツホテルですね。"

"This is a wonderful and hip hotel in a great part of Soho. The room was beautiful, the staff was very attentive. The location was amazing. The only thing I can say that's somewhat negative is that we missed having coffee and tea in the room. Most hotels will have these amenities but they were not available in the room."

"Outstanding Hospitality! As soon as we arrived at the Royal Horseguards Hotel we were warmly greeted by the doorman Mr. Pervez. Mr. Pervez along with the desk staff treated us like royalty. The hotel lobby is stunning. The room was comfortable. I don't recommend the rooms with views of Thames during the spring/summer months because the foliage obscured the view.
