"Very rude managerss I wouldn't stay at this hotel. You can only pay by card they don't except cash. I lost nearly £100 and had to look for another hotel at midnight. I am 67 years old and drove 4 hours just to be told that I would not be able to stay not even until I could get to the bank next day."

"I come back solely because of Sam, the wonderful concierge. Each time I arrive with my family, he makes everything easy, happy and fun. He consistently goes out of his way for us and everyone else. I wish there were more people in the world like him. The world would be a better place. The hotel is amazing and so are all the other employees. Love the location!"
