"The hotel is sublime, the staff are warm, friendly and personable. This really is a 5-Star hotel, quiet and discreet. Loved all of the touches in the room, including the Elemis pillow spray. The bedlinen was sumptuous and incredibly comfortable. I would without doubt stay at Hotel 41 the next time I am in London."

"Whilst the location of the hotel was good & the staff very helpful - no issues there - the room was absolutely terrible. Tiny, no space to put a suitcase, a tiny sink. I had to leave & find a new hotel losing 3 days of money. My attempts to get a refund have been unsuccessful even though the staff told me my room was smaller than most.
For one traveller with carry on - the room might suffice. For 2 travellers from Australia with 2 normal size suitcases, this hotel was terrible.
