"Great location in town centre. Stay spoiled by sewer odour in bathroom that couldn’t be disguised by the scented bottle they put in there. Property also didn’t reply to an email I sent about an item I left behind in the room."

"A really nice place. Excellent location with town centre minutes away, supermarkets on the doorstep and bus station just across the road. Secure location with parking within the grounds. Apartment had everything we needed, well equipped, bright and airy. Will certainly be using again "

"Wonderful location. Flat was not cleaned, crumbs and food all over the sofa. Lift was broken, only one roll of toilet paper in the flat (2 bathrooms) and no dish towels to wash dishes so we had to purchase TP and dish cloths."

"Pretty remote so if you’re out driving, make sure you become familiar with the (fairly convenient) bus schedule, although it’s a half mile from the bus stop, or be prepared to pay a healthy taxi/Uber fare from Keswick. The grounds are lovely and rooms/common areas well-maintained. Breakfast doesn’t start until 0745, very inconvenient for an early start. Staff could be a little more helpful in pointing out bus schedule, local attractions, arranging cabs, etc. a nice experience overall."

"A lovely hotel, currently being refurbished. Very friendly staff. Great food, great service. Spa is first class and very clean. Had a massage which was heavenly! We will hopefully be back again sometime soon"
