"Super easy check in. Rooms are pretty good as far as pod hotels go, probably the best one in London having stayed in a few at this point. Room was nice and air conditioned, perfect for a sweaty day in London"

"This looks a grand hotel, the arrival departure whilst busy was fine, staff throughout are very friendly and polite. Breakfast was plentiful, restaurants fine one night I dined in. Service is great, loved spa treatments so much, would love to give it 5 stars for the staff and service but it’s still seemingly going through an upgrade. It just feels a bit dated in parts, marks and lumps missing on walls, old decor etc."

"We would stay there again. It is a little removed from sites but reasonably priced. We enjoyed the restaurant. There were a couple of cafes nearby. Transportation was about a half mile away."

"Perfectly located for Covent Garden and the theatres, the hotel has recently been refurbished to a fine standard. The bar and cocktail bar are enjoyable, our room was spacious and the super-king bed was very comfortable. All the staff we met were polite, friendly and helpful."

"It was really unfortunate that there had been a heat wave which killed the aircon for a lot of rooms - mine included. So hot and uncomfortable without it but I realise that this is possibly not the norm for the hotel. Staff of course were powerless. "The hotel was conveniently located near Buckingham Palace and the entire stay was a wonderful experience. The staff was friendly, efficient, and extra attentive to any needs you might have. I highly recommend having afternoon tea here. It was one of the highlights of our trip."
