"When we checked in front desk staff was eating and was very disrespectful with a bad attitude. I called the hotel front desk 7 times the morning of checkout but the line kept ringing and nobody picked up. Eventually, I went up to the front desk to try to speak with somebody but there was nobody there I even waited a good 15 minutes and tried calling out for someone but nobody came. "There were roaches in our bathroom, i told the front table hoping for a possible extra night in a different room or a percentage of my money back. I am not one to argue or cause a scene if something isn't my way, so i simply left. All the man at the front desk was said that he was sorry and they'll have someone come check for it. He didn't even ask for my name or the room i was in."

"We were a few hours early and gladly paid $25 for early check in. Room was clean, AC was great because it was a little warm the time we were there. Breakfast had good choices and usually bananas are over ripe. Apples were fresh. Overall, for just an overnight stay it was great."
