"We had an amazing stay. So nice to have access to the pool. I will say that one morning I left cash in a small purse in the bedside table drawer, while we went to go get breakfast downstairs. I had just counted the cash due to settling the amount from gambling the night before (it was not a large amount) but when I came back to the room after breakfast, $40 was missing and carelessly stuffed back into the purse. It's definitely my fault not using the safe in the room, so, shame on me. But I...

"Our check in went horribly. We had a notification we could check in. When we tried multiple check in tablets, none were working. Then we had to go stand in the front desk line. It would have been nice if they had signs up on tablet and check in line saying the systems were down so we weren’t standing in multiple lines without resolve. After about 40 mins they had security walking people one at a time to let them in their rooms, but once in we were stuck as we didn’t have a key to get back in....

"I was disappointed when I arrived at the hotel. There was one working elevator and it takes forever to come. They serve the same breakfast every morning and the oil was lot in the food. Out of the five days, my husband and I only ate breakfast for two out of the five days. Eating eggs every morning will increase people’s cholesterol; especially, they add a lot of oil in the food. "First the receptionist was nice greeting us. After we refused her persuasion tonupgrade the room, she was super cold to us. When we asked question about breakfast and stuff she replied hesitantly. The room was clean but the smoke smell was really bad eventhough we booked the non-smoking room. We ordered Uber eats. You have to make sure you can receive it by yourself because mine were gone without no hotel staff knew or even care about it. I would not stay here again in the future."

"The property is neither too smallish nor too vast. It's just comfortable and relatively clean. Rooms are also little but decent enough and a good value. Front desk, security, and housekeeping staff are all exceptional. Negatives are primarily on table games where (Somolian?) dealers are terrible with communication and with doing their jobs. There also seems to be a lot of strange variants of traditional games slanted to a further house advantage. I did come up a little bit for a miniscule win...

"The Bellagio was very crowded and the smokiest of all the hotels we visited. There are no restaurants open after 10pm. We came Back from a show and were hungry but no options. Surprising given how busy it was. The pool area had the smallest umbrellas basically proving no shade in the extreme summer heat. The rooms are warm and you cannot set the room temperature cooler. The bed and pillows were awful…hard and uncomfortable. Will not stay here again!"
