"Nigel was so great, I made an error on my booking dates and he fixed it no problem ! The hotel is clean, modern, newly refurnished. Brekky was lovely, warm friendly staff. Highly recommend this hotel. £5 surcharge for a dog which is brilliant. Only thing is the electric shower, it’s not as good as gas but it was still ok! Just to know , dogs can’t go in the restaurant. Lovely hotel and great staff !!"
