"Excellent property. Everything feels new - solid wooden internal doors, downstairs wet room, spacious kitchen/diner, bi-fold doors to patio and garden...We were 4 couples and thoroughly enjoyed our 3 nights. It's about a 10 min walk to the town. You need to cross the road to get to a path - as it's on a bend visibility isn't great so it can be a bit hairy - if you're planning on staying with kids you'll need to be extra careful. Overall I highly recommend this property."

"Stunning location overloòking Fistral Beach. Large, well equipped room with super comfy large bed. We had drinks and food on both evenings of our stay in the Bay bar which we really enjoyed. Hotel has a lovely indoor pool which we made use of. All the staff are friendly, polite and helpful."

"Booked on Hotel.com. Had the confirmation. Drove all the way from Bristol. Booked the penthouse as it had a kitchen etc. Got there and we were told they don’t use Hotel.com and we have no booking. All the rooms were fully booked long term. They also said they only take cash or bank transfer. "

I had shower in small toilet so I left door open and smoking alarms was going on for very long time then for not knowing reason that alarm wakes me up again two times in my room at morning ( it was just above bed ) so very loud small rooms but clean and close to shops which is nice , lift only take you on u floors but u need walk dawn from floors "

    "This is the second time we have been to this site and really enjoyed out stay. It’s lovely and quiet, staff are lovely can’t do enough for you. It’s safe for children and dog friendly. Accommodations good, like staying in a 2 bed house, but a little maintenance is needed in our place we stayed in. The place was exceptionally clean overall really happy with our stay"
