The stay was pleasant and very easy to check in and out. They provided laundry detergent, shower supplies and toothbrushes/toothpaste along with our stay. They also had conveniently located trash bins on each floor.

For the price point it's a pretty nice place! There are several apartments and the one I got wasn't 100% the same as the photos, which was a bit of a disappointment - but it was close enough. The good: There is a 24/7 store about 2 mins away. There is a bus 4 mins away and 2 different metro lines 8-9 mins away. The area is quite calm and quiet. There is a washing machine and a way to dry your clothes as well, a sort of "dryer". The toilet is separate. There are other amenities such as water cooker, detergent, microwave etc. The bad: This is personal, but one bed is way too soft, the other is hard as sh**. The room is very small, and more than 2 people would be tough. The fridge is between cold and freezing - some of our food/drinks got frozen over. The towels kinda suck (very thin), but get the job done. Only 1 toilet paper roll left for use, but it's see-through thin and the toilet is the washing one, so it's not at all suited for the toilet. All that said, it's a nice little area and there are some really cool shops nearby, it's about a 15-20 min walk from Ueno in one direction and Asakusa in another, so if you're a walker it's in a really great spot. You have all you need and there is an AC in the room, both for heating and cooling.

The condition of the room wasn't good. The floor was peeling in several places, the couch was stained, and the walls around the bathroom sink were covered in spatter from people brushing their teeth or spitting into the sink. Additionally, there was a gurgling sound that came from the kitchen sink randomly throughout the night, and it woke me up on multiple occasions (I stayed here for six nights). I had to cover the drain with a dish to block the noise. I wouldn't stay here again.

The apartment itself is pretty good for 2 adults, more than that and it feels like it's going to be very tight. Because it was only 2 of us, we managed to sleep comfortably, but the sofa bed cannot handle 3 people over 1m70/5'6" They would need to sleep sideway, so that can be 2 people at the most, not 3. The bathroom area is VERY separate from the living space which is pretty nice for privacy and noise management if people are showering when others are asleep. The washing machine is very welcome for light travelers. The location is pretty great since you can get to 3 different lines within 10-15min walk. Restaurants are plenty on the way home as well. The area is VERY quiet and there is a 24/7 supermarket 2 blocks away. Would use again in the future

The shower room smelled so bad the entire time & only kept getting worse 😫 the pullout bed is very firm and painful to sleep on. Everything else was really nice, and the area is very quiet. The city view from the balcony is good and Skytree can be seen from the walkway balcony.

Definitely a place for someone that can follow instructions and likes quiet spaces. I was concerned prior to arriving that the lack of front desk would be an issue but the hotel communicates in advance via Expedia very well. I had zero issues getting into my room and settling down. My family rested well and even with a 10 year old on the spectrum we were able to keep to the rules well. We were able to wash, cook and clean for ourselves.

We had an excellent experience at this hotel. The staff were friendly and very accommodating. We were granted a late check-out at no extra charge, which really helped us relax on our last day. The hotel is also in a fantastic location—just a 4-minute walk from the bus station and 9 minutes from the train station. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped. Highly recommended for both convenience and top-notch service!

The wordind used in this hotel in regards of communication is very aggresive. Not so welcoming. Phrases like: you will get in trouble, you will have problems, we will call the police etc etc are not nice.

The place was clean and had all the amenities, that being said the place was small, good for a single person. The pictures on their site makes it look big but it's not. Also the apartment was not sound proof. The noise from the other apartments were a nuisance.

Property is located in a residential area; you get to see how the locals live. When we first arrived, we were kind of surprised as we did not expect to be in a residential area (the place was recommended by family) but we enjoyed it and would come back. The room is small by U.S. standards but adequate. The bed is comfy but not the pull out futon, my back hurts after sleeping on it (there's a support bar on the futon that you have to avoid sleeping on top off). It is about 10-15 minute walk to the nearest train station; about 25 minutes walk to Sensoji Temple and about 20 minutes walk to Akihabara. It may be faster to walk to Sensoji Temple than to walk to the train to take it one stop. For Akihabara, maybe take a train on the way back since you will probably have done alot of shopping. We did use Uber a couple times to get around, the Uber taxis arrived within 3 minutes, but wait times may vary depending on the time of day. There is a Supermarket about one block away that is open 24 hours and has good food and alcohol selection. There is a public spa on the next block but we did not get to use that. The neighborhood itself is nice and quaint and very quiet, relaxing. 10 minutes away there is a main street where there are stores and restaurants. If you want a place to stay where it is quiet and no street noise, this is a good property.
