Top hotels in Kiba

Hotel Gracery Shinjuku
Good location but dingy just outside the front with a bunch of homeless people. lacking in amenities ( gym , spa , business center , dining options) most functions are self service which are missing the human touch in my opinion. Room was comfortable but Could be better

Hotel was nice, clean and rooms were spacious. Train was nearby. I liked that it was away from the city madness.
