Hotel Gracery Shinjuku
The rooms are very small and there is not much room to move around. The Godzilla floor is very much a gimmick - slightly Godzilla themed but nothing else that makes it special. Would not recommend when there are much better hotels to stay at in Tokyo for that price.

Shinjuku Washington Hotel Main

Hotel Metropolitan Edmont Tokyo
Clean and spacious room and very friendly staff. I accidentally left some stuff behind and they kept my stuff for me. After calling them first to confirm, I was able to stop by a few days later to pick it up. I really appreciate the service and extra care. The hotel is away from the touristy spots. ...
