Small cramped rooms with step up bathroom. A real budget option that is not value for money. Good location but full of cheap tour groups with over an hours wait to check in. Shinagawa Prince Hotel
Rooms were very clean. But they do need new carpet and new plumbing fixtures, but all in all a very good place to stay.

Hotel Metropolitan Edmont Tokyo
Excellent high end hotel with attentive staff and great location for sightseeing. Buffet breakfast might not be worth the cost but it is extremely convenient.
