"The hotel is well located: in Iidabashi close to subway stations. The area is a very nice. The hotel is big and nice. The rooms are always clean and the staff is friendly. My daughter and I stayed in a family room on the west wing of the hotel, with two large twin beds. The room was spacious. We enjoyed our stay. I recommend!!"

"Love this place! Very clean, modern, great amenities ans the staff are amazing (except for the night bartender, not friendly at all and disliked we wanted to use our drink tickets). My son had left his ipods in the room when we checked and when we returned a week later they had them waiting for us to pick up. Very impressed with their honesty!! Convenience store attached to the property and transportation by train conveniently a block away. I would stay here again."

"The hotel was really good overall. The breakfast buffet is a great way to get your day started. It was a little surprising just how small the rooms are. A few things to note for older travelers or those with mobility concerns. The restrooms in the rooms are elevated and there is quite a steep step up."

"I traveled alone and wanted to stay somewhere busy to feel safe! This hotel was awesome. It is conveniently located in the center of everything in Shinjuku . It is within walking distance of where many tourist locations leave from and I loved having a 7’11 and other stores right downstairs . The bathroom is huge and the sleeping area is a little small , but that did not bother me one bit: If I traveled with family , ai would look into larger rooms: If you want a taxi, it is right downstairs . and everyday , some kind of activity ( food trucks. drones: . shows . etc. )One small issue was trying to get tv language to english, but who cares about t.v. when you are in Japan! I will stay here again !"
