"We had stayed at the hotel in 2023 and were pleasantly surprised to see the rooms had been remodeled. The bathroom and closet are very nice and modern with an attention to zen detail. "Loved the location and the property setup. Very spacious for a family of 5 (2 adults and 3 kids) and was so close to everything. Room was clean, modern and had all that we needed. The bathroom was separated into 3 rooms which made it really functional and ideal so 3 people could be in there at the same time (shower, toilet, sink). All hotel bathrooms should be like this! Also came with a washing machine which was easy to use and worked well. Very good value for what we got and it was so close to...

"The hotel itself is good, and this was not my first time staying here. However, I was disappointed by the staff's service this time. The receptionist was not very friendly and did not introduce any of the hotel facilities or information, even though I spoke to him in Japanese. I hope the service quality can match the standard of the hotel."

"Great location - walking distance to the hub of Shinjuku. We did find the building noisy in terms of people above walking around their apartment. We have stayed as Illi TAS previously and preferred that room/layout."

"As a retired couple from Australia, this was our first ever Japanese hotel stay. We were very happy with our choice. Check in was smooth, with the staff both helpful and friendly. When language was an issue, Google Translate worked a treat both ways. Our room was well-equipped and comfortable. Great Wi-Fi, very large TV and a very efficient air conditioner. The supplied products (shampoos, moisturisers, etc) were numerous, very generous and of excellent quality. The provided free facilities...

"We have been to Tokyo, shinjuku specifically many times and this hotel has been the best one yet. This is a boutique hotel, with spacious rooms for tokyo standards. You dont even have to bring any toiletries as they provide everything…and more…down to the mouthwash! The lobby is very cute and quaint, and everything in there…you can take. They have a coffee machine, that makes espresso….soda machine….hard liquors, red and white wine, light snacks!! We will definitely be chosing this hotel moving...

"The location, what is what caused us to make the reservation in the first place. The staff, the amenities, the included breakfast or would make us want to come back. This is not a fancy chain hotel, nor are their prices! This was an extremely welcoming location in a very busy part of Tokyo. The large, relaxing lobby with sofas, chairs, and tables to work at and great Wi-Fi make this an excellent place to stay."
