"I believe that this so called ‘hotel’ is miss old
Having arrived at the destination, there were no signs indicating that this was a hotel or even rooms to stay in. I called the guy as I could not find how to get in despite the ‘guidance’
I waited for assistance and no one showed up
We didn’t stay there and decided to drive back home to manchester after the concert instead of staying at Bruce rooms
I definitely will not be booking anything through hotel.com or expedia as I had my hotel cancelled...

"The doorman and New York bar staff really make this experience. Location is fabulous - easy to walk to all locations in Westminster, yet the area is quiet (for a city!). "Beautiful hotel in a great neighborhood. Very quiet, very comfortable room. Everything was clean and comfortable and the staff was very nice. They upgraded us to a room with a balcony and that was lovely!
