"A real gem - they did beautifully with that flat, with all kinds of little details that really impressed me. Everything was impeccably clean, well organised, comfy and elegant. Highly recommended. Loved the little patio, that gives real privacy.

"I believe that this so called ‘hotel’ is miss old
Having arrived at the destination, there were no signs indicating that this was a hotel or even rooms to stay in. I called the guy as I could not find how to get in despite the ‘guidance’
I waited for assistance and no one showed up
We didn’t stay there and decided to drive back home to manchester after the concert instead of staying at Bruce rooms
I definitely will not be booking anything through hotel.com or expedia as I had my hotel cancelled...

"This looks a grand hotel, the arrival departure whilst busy was fine, staff throughout are very friendly and polite. Breakfast was plentiful, restaurants fine one night I dined in. Service is great, loved spa treatments so much, would love to give it 5 stars for the staff and service but it’s still seemingly going through an upgrade. It just feels a bit dated in parts, marks and lumps missing on walls, old decor etc."

The chrome cast in our room didn’t work, the staff offered to switch our rooms, but we’d just asked for the twin beds to be made into 2 singles, so remained for the convenience. "We had a delightful one night stay at the Rubens, centrally located right across from Buckingham Palace’s Royal Mews or stables. The hotel is beautifully decorated and the breakfast was served in a gorgeous room with booths and chandeliers. We were traveling with our teen son so the suite with a pull out couch made it a high value fit for us so we could stay in one room. The room decoration was festive and royal feeling. The sweet baked goods were a pleasant surprise. Would definitely stay here...

"Quiet place at Earl's Court. Easy walking distance to restaurants, etc. Room was comfortable but super small - especially the shower - but that's London for you. My only significant complaint is that all four pillows were quite thick & very hard. I asked about getting a thinner / softer pillow but no luck. Unfortunately it affected my sleep to the point that I would not stay again (silly but true - not everyone likes thick hard pillows)."
