"It says on the info it has a restaurant. It does not!! The accommodation area is supposedly secure but I came down to find the front door open at 05:15.
No lift but my room was on floor 1. There are at least two.
The room was compact. To say the least. Shower was dirty.
There is fridge and a fan!!
They are doing a refurb so do not want to be too judgemental but what they have done looks as if will improve.
I needed feeding and there are many, many restaurants locally. Very...

"A real gem - they did beautifully with that flat, with all kinds of little details that really impressed me. Everything was impeccably clean, well organised, comfy and elegant. Highly recommended. Loved the little patio, that gives real privacy.

"The property was in an ideal location, just off Trafalgar Square. The room however was not that great.
The room was extremely small with a huge pillar in the centre of the room.
The TV wasn’t working. The bathroom/toilet door wasn’t working properly and got stuck shut on two occasions.
The shower also didn’t work properly due to a bent hose that let very little water out.
After complaining to the front desk, all the issues were sorted the following day.
I wouldn’t stay at this hotel again due to...
