"I believe that this so called ‘hotel’ is miss old
Having arrived at the destination, there were no signs indicating that this was a hotel or even rooms to stay in. I called the guy as I could not find how to get in despite the ‘guidance’
I waited for assistance and no one showed up
We didn’t stay there and decided to drive back home to manchester after the concert instead of staying at Bruce rooms
I definitely will not be booking anything through hotel.com or expedia as I had my hotel cancelled...

"Easy check-in, the rooms are comfortable and clean. Not so sure about the glass shielded shower/toilet area as it doesn’t give you much privacy and it’s a tight squeeze to dry yourself off. The bed is on the hard side but this doesn’t prevent a good night’s sleep. Aircon seemed to be a bit hit and miss and I couldn’t get a good signal on the TV. Very minor criticisms, though, and I’d definitely stay again."

"My friends and I stayed at point A for a concert at the O2, and I’m very glad we booked here. The staff were lovely, the facilities and room was clean and comfy. The rooms are small but they are good and nil issues. The hotel is located within walking distance of Canary Wharf underground and near restaurants. "Perfect spot for this hotel, we could walk to Cadogan Hall where we were going to see a show and the next morning we walked to Buckingham palace. Beds were comfy, air con was good, the only slight issue was the tube noise, to be honest it didn’t bother us much, we slept really well."
