"I believe that this so called ‘hotel’ is miss old
Having arrived at the destination, there were no signs indicating that this was a hotel or even rooms to stay in. I called the guy as I could not find how to get in despite the ‘guidance’
I waited for assistance and no one showed up
We didn’t stay there and decided to drive back home to manchester after the concert instead of staying at Bruce rooms
I definitely will not be booking anything through hotel.com or expedia as I had my hotel cancelled...

"I had an excellent stay at the Apex City of London. I didn’t spend a great deal of time in the room because there was much to explore in the convenient location.
Many guests seemed to utilize the work space and meeting rooms.
The gym had a few treadmills, ellipticals, a rower, bike, single machine setup, and a rack of dumbbells with a bench.
The food at the Lampery was fantastic and it’s a great alternative to going out.
I would highly recommend this stay!"

"The room while small was relatively clean with comfortable bedding. Bathroom also small with a partially glass door which results in a very wet floor after a shower.
There was no AC and the small fan in the hot weather was ineffective. We had a view out the back and the construction noise was annoying. On the other side close to the British Museum and Russel metro line."

"We booked this hotel knowing the rooms would be small and that it was a no frills hotel. That was not an issue for us because we spent very little time in the room. The location was the biggest highlight. It is just a short walk from Covent Garden, many of London’s main attractions, and a Tube station, making it very convenient.
Unfortunately, our experience with customer service changed our opinion. After housekeeping cleaned our room one evening, we returned to find a bug crawling on our bed....
