"This was an awful stay. I called upon arrival in the room to report a CLOGGED shower drain and a broken phone. I was told Engineering would visit to resolve. The next morning I went IN PERSON to report this issue because no one had came. I was assured it would be fixed. It was NOT. I showered for 3 days in a PUDDLE of water with DRAIN FLIES and NO PHONE. Location was good, customer service and cleanliness was abhorrent. "

"Clean room Staff not very friendly or helpful Room cleaning staff just couldn't quite remember to restock coffee or cups. Bed was a bit broke down with no mattress pad. Sheet wouldn't stay on corners. That being said the location was great easy to come an go."

"There were 3 staff members that were great: Michael, dave and adriana. We aksed other staff for help and some ignored us or just walked away and were like, I will be back. Some staff watched as we stood looking for help and did nothing but take with other staff. "

"Room was spacious, clean, and quiet. Check in was easy as was the onsite parking across the street at the sonesta. Great location a half a block from Bourbon Street and Canal Street with many excellent restaurants nearby to choose from. Property was very European feeling with the architecture and outside courtyard. The deduction in stars was for an odd smell in our room..kind of an oily musty small but the nose adjusted and it wasn't a problem for me. The other is the the connected bar was closed at 930 pm when we got back from dinner. I needed to have my drink certificate taken off my bill from earlier. Hopefully accounting will do that without me having to call. Overall a very positive experience and I would recommend."
