"Great location for Wembley, short walk to the tube and one stop. The area was extremely nosy throughtout the night and early morning, but we were prepared for this after reading other reviews. However, if you only want to use the room to sleep, bed was comfy, and to shower, like we did, this hotel is perfect! Would definitely book again"

We were asked by a cleaner to pay a deposit via bank transfer because there was no manager on site. The cleaner couldn’t even give us a receipt. We eventually got our deposit back several days later. The location was fine - quite near to the tube station."

"Awful stay - felt like something halfway between a frat house & student dorm - noisy roudy people coming and going at all hours running through corridors shouting and screaming, banging doors, loud music being played late at night - almost no soundproofing and hard to get a decent uninterrupted sleep. To couple it off one of the staff members extremely rude objectionable and argumentative - when I asked if it was possible, after 5 days, to have a fresh towels told me that I should go wash them...
