"The room was clean, roomy and comfortable. The breakfast while not included was really great with both a buffet and à la carte options. The parking is not free but convenient. Staff was helpful and friendly "

"The hotel was fine but we were moving and had a truck secured with a tarp and tiedowns so we specifically booked there because they advertised a secure parking with a security guard. I called the hotel to verify this and again when I checked in. We parked. When we came back to the truck the tarp was off and suitcase and boxes were broken into. Where was security it was a shock "

"I got stuck in an FAA ground stop in Seattle. I was rebooked on a flight that was supposed to land in Oakland at 9 pm, then delayed to 11, then to 2 am. I called the hotel and explained, promising to be there ASAP. I landed at 4 am and went straight to the hotel, where a man behind the desk informed me my reservation was cancelled. I tried to explain but was interrupted and given a lecture about being on time. I asked if I could still get a room, I had been traveling 23 hours. He said yes but...

"Two of our four rooms (904 and 906) were freezing, and the heat did not work. Maintenance had to bring up a heater and didn't seem surprised about the complaint. The rooms are non-smoking, but smells like smoke. Check in process was very slow. "

"This hotel unit doesn't have customer freely choice to park. Only via valet which charges $25 fee. It's bit troublesome to get get in and out with the car. "

"Very cool retro. Felt like I stepped back into the 50's (though I wasn't alive then). Tiki style bar. Old school motel-restaurant. With s tropical vibe. Breakfast was good and a good price. Great staff. "
