AVOID EVEN IF ITS THE LAST PLACE IN VENICE

DO NOT STAY HERE. Absolutely terrible experience. I came with a friend for a weekend getaway only to find out we had no hot water in the building. We thought at first maybe it was on a timer which is why it didn't work the first night. The following morning the water was still not heating up. The woman who had given us the keys the night before was very kind and came over with the plumber who found that there was a broken piece which could not be replaced until days after our departure. The agency STILL did not get involved and it was not until Sunday afternoon that they even bothered to get in touch - day three of no hot water. They were very rude and did not help at all, even lied after saying the water was working. They refused to give us any money back. Absolutely ridiculous service - I would HIGHLY advise not booking this even if it is the cheapest option available. In addition, the beds were also very uncomfortable. Very regretful booking.

Cheating in Venice

+ Large apartment + New toilet, but the water pressure of the shower is not sufficient. + Nice and helpful neighbor + Large kitchen 。Looks like historical apartment , not as new as photos - Feel cheated, there is discrepancy between the booking description and the facility. We have elderly, baby, and heavy luggages, thus we target to book an apartment with elevator but there is NO elevator in fact. - Both of the double bed and the sofa bed are not supportive, it just like a "Swamp" when you laid down. - Generally looks clean , but it's Not. It's not worth to pay the high cleaning fee. - According to the booking description, we need to pay Eur30/person for the cleaning fee and the host also clarified that baby would not be counted in calculating cleaning fee (Supposed to pay Eur90 for 3adults) . But when we asked them again, they said that the cleaning fee is a fixed price of Eur120 each time, which means that it counts 4 persons finally. Feel cheated again! - The host required to sort the garbage, but there are no trash bag has been provided. - surprised that the host don't know the correct collection point of the garbages. Finally, we ask the neighbor. - the kitchen is not well ventilated.

Venetsialaisittain siisti asunto, uskomaton huonekorkeus! Ilmastointilaitteella sai asunnon viilennettyä mukavasti, kunhan taisteli aikansa kaukosäätimen kanssa. Pieniä sisiliskoja vilisti asunnossa, mutta siihenkin tottui. Keittiöstä löytyi kaikki tarvittava, pressopannuun oli jäänyt joltain aiemmalta asukilta (homeiset) purut sisälle. Neljältä hengeltä aika kova siivousmaksu (120 €) siihen nähden, että vastaan tuli tällainen ikävä yllätys. Asuinalue rauhallinen, hyvä sijainti myös lentokenttään nähden (lyhyehkö kävelymatka Fondamente Nove -laiturilta). Viereinen kanava rauhallinen yöaikaan.

Great Location Great Stay!!! Recommended!!

It was a really great stay over at Testa, location was great, easy to walk around in Venice, the apartment was clean, classy and traditionally decorated, there is everything we need. Toilet was new and nice. Check in and check out was smooth and easy, host was friendly and nice, recommending us places of attractions, restaurants and even baggage storage area. We really enjoyed our stay over at Testa, will definitely recommend this place!!

Nous étions 2 adultes, 2 enfants et 1 bébé, l'appartement était assez grand, fonctionnel et propre pour que tout le monde soit à l'aise. Un seul bémol, et c'était de notre faute de ne pas avoir tout lu, les frais de nettoyage (30 EUR par personne et par séjour) nous avons payé 120 euro. Sinon, je recommande .

Absolutely charming apartment in a very well located, quiet, dare-I-say-local part of Venice. It's not the newest furnishings, but feels nicer for not being attired in the latest Ikea/hipster fashions. Good base for a family, strongly recommend for pretty much any traveler.
