Clean, spacious apartment next to the train station. Good location close to lots of amenities and a park. WiFi and good air-con. Only issue was the location is shown incorrectly on Expedia, however the location is still very convenient as Venice is easy to navigate. Good communication from host and everything provided that we needed.

Nice Place

Wish we didn’t have to go to a different location to get the key for check in. It was a good location close to the train station. Plenty of room for the entire family.

The beds where very old sofa bed dirty, broken toilet seat that moved every time we seat down they had a small mattress very used and broken the air conditioning was not working good it was more a fan then a air conditioner but the rest of the apartment was good

Worked well

This place was very convenient and very spacious. It meet all our needs. It is close to the train station. There is also a major stop for all the water transporation nearby so it was easy to get anywhere in Venice. The kitchen was a bit ran down....broken cupboards/ miss matched disagrees dishes. The bathroom was very large and nice. The whole apartment was quite large. The only complaint was trying to find the place. The address on hotels.com isn't correct. The address that is sent to you- if you put it in Google maps it takes you to the wrong destination. They will send you written directions- but you must realized they are not starting from the train station but from the bus/taxi stop. We would definitely stay here again.

La struttura era molto funzionale, ben arredata, vicino alla stazione e facile da trovare. Due punti negativi sono stati: ci hanno inviato il codice di ingresso errato (per fortuna un altro inquilino ci ha aperto…e a seguire anche il gestore) e i bagni sono da manutenere (doccino docce rotto, mancano porta saponi, porta tovaglie e le lenzuola singole nel matrimoniale anche no !). Per il resto ci tornerei comunque
