"There were no utensils also the room had no roll shade to keep the room dark I informed the front desk guy with bald head and he replied that there are two shades one in front and one right behind it when we returned Thursday evening we checked and there was no second shade. The first morning the sun was so bright when I awoke from a deep sleep I thought the room was on fire was unable to sleep comfortably due to all the light outside, we were also given a handicapp room our beds were very low...
