"AMAZINGLY customer service oriented. Bereníce, staff, SO attentive, kind & thorough. Prior to arrival, resort administrator engaged to make personalized arrangements. Wifi steady & stable. Jacuzzi a plus. For arrival, standard vehicle OK (albeit slow w potholes with some portions being unpaved roads), but 4x4 might be helpful. Highly recommend to get away from it all to chill. I travel a lot, and I would go back. "

"Room was smaller than expected but it was clean. TV did not have cable but Netflix and Prime video so more than ample. Dining staff were world class and meals well presented. If a person is handicapped some of the walkway could be an issue with the grade. Front desk staff (starts with an M) was quick efficient and a terrific representative for the accommodation. Overall We liked this place. The roads were a bit of a challenge but just take your time and you will be fine. I would certainly...

"We loved our stay at Hotel Poco a Poco! The location is perfect—close to town but still peaceful—and the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful with recommendations. Our room was clean and cozy, and the restaurant served excellent meals. The only downside was that the pool and jacuzzi were under renovation during our visit, but everything else more than made up for it. Highly recommended for a Monteverde stay!"
