"I was pleasantly surprised, the photos online were pretty but once we got there the views were breathtaking. We took so many pictures of the volcano and the lake but still could not capture the beauty this location offers. The rooms and property were clean, the staff was friendly and helpful. "I stayed here for three nights.
The first two nights were great, and the staff was friendly and helpful. However, my last night raised serious safety concerns for my family. I had to wake up early the next morning for a six-hour drive to Manuel Antonio, but around 1:00 AM, the unit next to ours started playing extremely loud music. A visibly intoxicated couple was yelling and screaming with no regard for others.

"Before I check in they didn’t tell me that hotel doesn’t have hot water, after check in they told me that system is broke and no hot water until 8 pm but I was there 4 days I had to take shower with cold water and never had hot water several times I complained but always they had a excuse "

"Breakfast was great - lots of variety. Staff was friendly. The room was comfortable but the shower was a bit of a challenge. Scalding hot or too cool but a minor inconvenience. Close to town to enjoy a variety of restaurants and bars but far enough away for quiet evenings."
