"Great location. Away from the central crowds but only a few steps from riverside and short walk to central tourist locations and train stn. Host was awesome. We had a great room (quiet) that included some breakfast items and provided access to shared kitchen. We would stay here again and recommend this to others. "

"I like that this guesthouse is associated with the hotel for 24 hour staff and help if needed. I appreciate the signs explaining certain procedures. The hotel staff were cordial and helpful during check-in. The Guesthouse itself was nicely decorated, not overly so. I liked the the loft apartment. Very clean and had the amenities I needed during my stay. Very quiet at night. Lovely garden. I recommend this place for people who like Florence and have been before. "We stayed at this property for 4 nights with our 2 teenage daughters. The 1 1/2 bathrooms was nice and they said the Murphy bed was comfortable. The walk from the train station about 15 minutes. It was a little hard to find when we first got there but a waiter from a nearby restaurant helped us. The location was amazing, right in the middle of everything but quiet at night.
