"We arrived at about 730pm and were greeted by a very sweet receptionist. Our room was clean and quiet, with an incredibly comfortable king size bed! As it was summer, we were also provided a portable fan in the room, should it become too warm. We had a great dinner at the Feathers Pub and a swift check out in the morning. Highly recommend staying here!"

"The room was suitable for our short stay, however with such lovely expanse of grounds it was therefore unfortunate that the view from our room was a 12foot high brick wall. Despite there being no air conditioning the room had a patio door which once open cooled the room. Upon request the hotel provided a fridge for my elderly mothers insulin, unfortunately the fridge was faulty and froze the insulin which caused a unplanned medical issue. "The iron set alight when it was plugged it in. It begun to spark and we had to unplug it and tell the staff on reception. The water wasn’t hot at all had to have a cold shower. The breakfast and staff and bed were all good. You do have to pay for parking also… £25 with a discount code. I wouldn’t stay here again."

"Really good location for the airport. Parking is very expensive would recommend paying for an extra night in the official airport parking as it’s super close and it’ll be cheaper in the long run."

"The room was clean and comfortable. The staff were helpful with adjusting the temperature in the rooms, additional bedding. The staff at the bar were excellent, very patient, kind and friendly. Overall, staff and facilities were great despite the ongoing redecorations going on at the minute."

"The Green Man is a lovely place to stay, nicely decorated and clean, comfortable rooms. The beer garden is an added gem in the summer months. The staff were extremely helpful and courteous. Our only complaint was that there were insufficient staff in the bar and restaurant to cope with high demand at the weekend. I however would definitely recommend the Green Man and will look forward to my next stay."
