"Booked for long weekend with family. Check in was at 3pm but had to wait 2.5 for rooms to be cleaned and got access to rooms at 5:30pm. No drinks from bar no compensation offered (complained and got it later), staff were very unhelpful. Delay completely ruined break. They offered a late checkout next day as compensation so we thought we would use the pool to find that children are not allowed in the pool until late afternoon to allow club members to use the pool, awesome. "We stayed in room 922, while a lovely spacious quiet room, there were a few issues. Green flashing light above bed, which goes off all through the night. Asked reception 3 times to sort, eventually they covered this. The access door to the room, whenever opened it made a air sooking noise that we could hear - staff/guests opened this door for no reason. It would be good if a sign was on saying no access etc. We had to ask for the tea/coffee/milk to be replenished as it was not done so...

"I loved staying at the Locke London Canary Wharf with my mum for one night. We chose to stay there because it is very close to the O2 Arena where we went to a Dermot Kennedy concert on Friday night. The venue is only one stop away from Canary Wharf underground station, which is very easy and quick to get to the hotel from. "Every single person was professional courteous and very helpful at all times"

"Stayed on 3rd floor in separate property, in a small room (double deluxe) but despite size, had everything I needed. Unfortunately the blind in the roof was a bit broken, letting light in during the night and noise from a generator or something similar in the night was intermittent but quite loud. . Shower was good size but not very powerful. Everything spotlessly clean. Overall fine for a night, but probably wouldn’t want to book for longer in that particular room (304)."

"The hotel was walking distance from the underground and one stop to the O2 arena if you are watching concert. It is nearby to some restaurant and shopping stores underground. The staff are very helpful. There is a kettle in the room and water. We had a good night sleep. Good for overnight stay."
