"After an initial problem with the room, the manager offered us an upgrade. One of our fav hotels. Great location over looking the marina and Thames. Looks like restaurant had a refit since we were last there. Swimming pool is excellent although could do with a bit of decorating. Will be going back. "The location is great. The hotel is kept and maintained brilliantly. Sadly, my stay and sleep was ruined by some very loud drilling and banging in the very earlier hours of Saturday morning.
When I told the staff about this all they said was that they would look into and walked off.
