"I was happy to walk into a cool temp room from the heat. Floor in our bathroom would come up from the flooring when you stepped, weird! The tv I had to adjust cause there was no picture. Second day we were out of water for 5 hours and weren’t notified about it. A few other things weren’t cool but needless to say I wouldn’t stay there again. Oh and breakfast was whack. "

"I highly recommend this property. Everything was 5 star. Checking in was great. The young man was so friendly and professional. My room was much bigger than I expected and beautifully designed. The breakfast was so good. Many choices and the food was fresh and very well presented. The choices were extensive and delicious. "The night lady "1030pm" was extremely sick coughing and spreading germs all over not sure if it's related but both my kids are now sick my daughter has a medical condition and we needed to use the bathroom she said it was locked and then slammed her stuff down and bagged the walls all the way to bathroom because my daughter had to use the bathroom
The next night sat we went to dinner and the door front was locked me and 3 kids had hands full couldn't get to my key my son ran into the sliding...
