"We arrived at 2pm to check in but the room wasn’t ready, this was really inconvenient as we had travelled 3.5hrs and had a reservation at 3pm which we wanted to get changed for. The website said you could check in at 2pm so I really feel the room should be ready if that’s what’s advertised. Other than that, the apartment was clean and comfortable and perfect for what we needed. The location was also great, walking distance to Hyde park, the tube station and plenty of shops, restaurants...

"One would think a hotel would provide a phone for their guests, even for one local call. I needed to call the car rental When we arrived, the heater wasn’t working, they fixed it right away. The shower isn’t the best, i can’t adjust the height because the adjustment is cracked so the shower head is throwing water on my neck. The condition of the room is not the best, kitchen cabinets were all worn out, baseboards are warped. The whole room needs to be renovated now, finishes were all outdated...
